Polka Dot & Butterfly Anniversary Card.

Friday, September 10, 2010

This is a card that I started a few months ago and I got as far as putting the three background layers on the card and the yellow ribbon but couldn't decide what else to put on it. I came back to it last week and thought that I had to do something with it as it was quite pretty but obviously missing something- even more colour!

The card started with me stamping the polka dots on to the Kraft cardstock with white versamagic ink and then I added the ribbon and the green and brown layers.  The butterflies are from a 1" punch and the flower is made from 2" scallop circle punch with a brad from American Crafts. The sentiment is on a 1 1/2" circle which I cut on half.
The patterned paper for the green layer and the flower is from Making Memories Just Chillin Girl and the butterflies paper is from K and Co Amy Butler Belle paper. The sentiment Stamp is from Hero Arts Sentiments.
                                                              Thanks for looking.
