Brads, eyelets and twine storage inspiration

Thursday, March 08, 2012

When it comes to storing brads, eyelets and twine, there are some great simple ideas.

For instance, using a candle holder for brads and eyelets.

Separating by colour into little buckets in a drawer.

Storing them in little containers in boxes and could even store in a large carry box.

Love the use of these tic tac boxes and separating them by colour too.

Great idea for using pill boxes to store brads and eyelets.

On to storing twine. Simply wrap around a reel and store in a bowl is a simply idea.

Wrapped around wooden pegs and kept in a jar.

Using mason style jars with a hole in the lid to keep twine reels together.

Using a system which allows you to hold twine on metal arms.

Really pretty way of displaying twine by using a candle holder, rod, magnets and a lovely crystal knob for the top.

Another use of candle sticks, in different heights and again with a crystal knob.

These are some great ways to show off all that lovely colour, whether storing them in drawers, boxes and  displaying them to show off the colour. I love the aqua of the candle holder with brads in and the unique look  of the glass holders for the twine. Hope it brings some inspiration if you are struggling with storing or organising things.

Back next Wednesday with the forth part of the Craft Room Organisation, but you may see some cards in between. See you soon.
